NEWS and UPDATES
July 11th - Graduated from The London School of Dramatic Art. Final Graduate show was Ovid's "Metamorphoses" adapted by Ted Hughes and directed by David Newman.
August 31st - Final shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with "Interactive Theatre Austrailia". 50+ shows of "Fawlty Towers The Dining Experiance" and Richard Simm's "The Breakfast Experiance". My first work in Edinburgh and I really enjoyed it!
2nd September - Voice-over work with CKUK Media completed.
4th September - Co-Formed the Company "The Flying Penguins".
28th September - C.D.S Performance in Smock Alley Theatre, Dublin.
31st October - Shakespearean Bardathon with WordWideMedia at the Scoop Amphitheatre in Southbank.
10th Nov - Short Film, "Blood of Remorse" completed. Produced by Augusta Da Rocha. Directed by Alvaro Andruk.
7th November - Rehearsals begin for "Fame or Fries" performed by The Flying Penguins, directed by Adam Morley and showing at the Etcetera Theatre in Camden on the 10th and 11th of December.Tickets on Sale now! Transfer to The Adelaide Fringe Festival in February 2010 announced.
23rd November: 7 rehearsals down into "Fame or Fries"- tickets selling really well thankfully and our first full run through yesterday- exciting!
9th Dec: Tickets sold out for "Fame or Fries"!! Show on tomorrow, exciting times!
11th of December: "Fame or Fries" was thankfully a success, am delighted. A great end to a great year! Preparation over Christmas for more auditions in the New Year, plus getting ready for the big trip to Adelaide.
17th Of Januray 2010: Last rehearsal for "Fame or Fries" before our transfer to The Adelaide Fringe, with Director Adam Moreley. We leave on the 7th of Feb- Yikes!
19th Feb 2010: Arrived in Adelaide safe and sound, a week and a half of rehearsal and organisation (and chill time!) before our opeing night- tonight! First night of the Fringe, 700 companies, and The Flying Penguins have taken off- let the games begin!
3rd of March 2010: Nearly at the end of our "Fame or Fries" Adelaide Fringe run- what an amazing experience. Nearly 400 seats sold so far, its been tough work but extremely rewarding. I am proud to be a co-member of The Flying Penguins.
28th April 2010 : Back in the UK now after Easter at home with the family, auditioned for a place in the Irish Youth Choir course which is in June. Thankfully got in, so thats something to look forward to! Always great experience. Preparng the Penguins for our transfer to Edinburgh and thankfully just been cast in another production heading there as well. Lots of hard work ahead, so excited.
17th May 2010 : Am now in rehearsal for Poimandres Production of Folk Tale Trilogy- heading to The Edinburgh Fringe from the 4-9th of August. Am shooting two short films this weekend, and am rehearsing for a showcase next Monday and Tuesday evening at The Sway in Covent Garden with the Actors Platform. Am performing a scene with Charlie Collins from the play "Is this About Sex?"- so hopefully we'll get a few laughs in!
